Low Energy Neurofeedback (LENS):
Helping the Brain Reset and Regulate
WHAT IS LENS NEUROFEEDBACK

LENS Neurofeedback is a clinically applied form of neurotherapy that uses extremely low-intensity electromagnetic feedback to support the brain’s natural ability to regulate and recover. By briefly mirroring the brain’s own activity through small sensors placed on the scalp, LENS helps interrupt patterns of overactivation or shutdown that can develop from trauma, chronic stress, or injury. This process encourages the brain to return to a more flexible, balanced, and resilient state.

Used in trauma-informed and mental health settings, LENS has shown promising results in reducing symptoms related to anxiety, mood dysregulation, attention difficulties, sleep disturbances, and cognitive fatigue. By promoting more efficient self-regulation, it often leads to improved clarity, calm, and overall well-being.
