Low Energy Neurofeedback (LENS):
Helping the Brain Reset and Regulate
WHAT IS LENS NEUROFEEDBACK

LENS Neurofeedback is a gentle neurotherapy that uses very low-intensity electromagnetic feedback to help the brain regulate itself more effectively.

Small sensors placed on the scalp briefly reflect the brain’s activity, supporting the release of patterns linked to trauma, chronic stress, or injury. This process promotes greater balance and flexibility in the nervous system.

LENS is used in trauma-informed mental health settings and may help reduce symptoms related to anxiety, mood regulation, attention, sleep, and cognitive fatigue, often leading to improved clarity and calm.
